At MR. D.I.Y. ECOMMERCE (M) SDN BHD, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the specific order to submit a formal return request with supporting photos of the item.

  Approval and Verification

  Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours to verify the condition of the product and confirm eligibility for a return.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and ship it to our designated returns warehouse using a trackable courier.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Upon receiving and inspecting the physical item, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
