What are the available payment methods?

How long does shipping usually take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days for West Malaysia and 5 to 10 working days for East Malaysia, depending on your location and courier availability.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Can I collect my online order at a physical MR. D.I.Y. store?
Yes, we offer a 'Click & Collect' service at selected MR. D.I.Y. outlets across Malaysia. You can select your preferred store during the checkout process.
Are the prices online the same as in-store?
